  • Origination Fee:           1% of loan amount
  • Debt service coverage: Based on recent operating trends
  • Repayments:                Appropriate fees will apply
  • Guarantee:                    Recourse to borrower or personal guaranty of owner
  • Sponsor / Borrower:      Credit-worthy individual(s) or entity acceptable to lender
